Toughtags are tough, weatherproof bespoke printed labels and our clients use them for all kinds of purposes. We’ve never had any Toughtags returned to us because they didn’t work but if in the unlikely event Toughtags don’t work for you just contact us and we will resolve any problems by sending out more Toughtags to you or by giving you a refund.
Occasionally Toughtags go missing in the post and very occasionally we make mistakes and print Toughtags incorrectly. In either of these cases we will send you duplicate Toughtags completely at our expense.
If you make a mistake on your order (wrong phone number / wrong colour / wrong delivery address!) just e mail us as soon as you realise. If you manage to let us know before we’ve printed and posted your Toughtags then we can easily rectify. If you don’t realise until after we’ve posted them then the best we can do is send you replacement Toughtags at a reduced price.
